We have restored and renovated our Estate with great attention to detail. The main house, featuring three charming apartments, offers modern comfort and cozy retreats.
Vicinity
Our estate is just a 20-minute drive from the charming town of Grosseto and the coastal village of Castiglione della Pescaia. Here you will find beautiful beaches, a picturesque old town and authentic Tuscan flair.
Garden
Our 5'000m2 garden offers numerous places to relax and linger. Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants, you will find peace and pure nature.
Pool
Our pool is open from around May to mid-October and is a great place to relax. Sun loungers are available by the pool - a perfect place to enjoy the warm Tuscan sun.

Our organic-certified estate relies on environmentally friendly agriculture with minimal environmental impact. Since 2022, we have been growing wheat, fruit and vegetables using organic-synergistic and biodynamic permaculture methods, thus promoting biodiversity.

Our charming 19th-century estate is picturesquely situated in Tuscany, between the Etruscan villages of Buriano and Vetulonia.
Three lovingly renovated holiday apartments await you in the midst of beautiful nature. The 5'000 m² garden with pool, olive trees and cozy spots invites you to relax. Peace, nature and pure relaxation - and only 15 minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia and Grosseto.

ARRIVAL
How to reach us
We both come from Switzerland and have been deeply connected to Italy for decades. In 2019 we fulfilled our dream of Podere Lagoprile and carefully renovated the property over the course of two years.
We live in the house next door with our cuddly cats and our dogs Mambo and Kira. We are enthusiastic golfers and enjoy good food, wine and sociable evenings. As experienced hosts, we know how important peace and privacy are - we are always happy to have a chat.
